Join Stanford Law School on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at The Waldorf Astoria in New York City for a timely discussion on the potential implications of the Supreme Court’s Citizens United v. FEC ruling. Our panel will examine the ruling which struck down federal campaign finance law that restricted corporate political ads.  This program offers 1.5 MCLE credits*.
