Media fellows will gain a deeper understanding of corporate governance, M&A, executive compensation, accounting, and finance, while learning from some of most distinguished faculty in the country.

In addition, fellows will receive scholarships ($7,950 retail price) to attend, at their option, the 2013 Stanford Rock Center Directors’ College (June 23-25, 2013 at Stanford Law School) or the 2014 Stanford Rock Center Directors’ College (June 2014).

The Rock Center will provide 2 full travel/expense scholarships (with a cap of $3,000 each) that will be awarded via lottery on the second day of the program (June 5, 2013) to all fully participating journalists.

A panel of judges will review the entries and select the media fellows.
