Non-Lawyer and Pro-Se Assistance has been long recognized as a key counterpart to the improved delivery of legal services to low-income clients. Many resources on the Internet are available to self-represented litigants, including websites maintained by the Self-Represented Litigation Network’s SelfHelpSupport.org, and the American Pro Se Network, among others. In contrast, the materials catalogued here are limited to those that are of interest to researchers, policymakers, and activists in the search for non-lawyer and other low-cost solutions to unmet legal needs.
