A precis (or abstract) of the proposed paper is due by 10/31. We will judge these preliminary submissions to determine the prize winners. Completed papers are due later, before the conference held in February.

i had a doubt relating to the submission of the draft(five pages)which you have mentioned. Do we have to submit abstract with it or only in the final submission we have to send the abstract.or it depends on the writer to include or not to include the abstract in the deadline of 31st october?

Whether draft or paper written by two or more is acceptable in competition? If yes, What will be the position if paper is written by one Professor and one student jointly.

Thank you for your interest. We will consider submissions from international applicants. However, please note that winners must attend the conference in February and travel expenses will not be separately reimbursed.

Are entries acceptable from world wide audience or limited to US only ?
