PAYMENT AND CANCELATION POLICY
Full payment must be received within 30 days of registration or by February 1st, whichever comes first. Failure to submit payment will result in cancellation of your registration.
Written notification of cancellation must be received on or before January 9, 2012. The cancellation fee for all registrants cancelling on or before January 9, 2012 is $50.00. You may substitute at no cost before January 9, 2012. No substitutes will be granted after January 9, 2012. All registrants canceling after January 9, 2012 will forfeit the entire program fee, regardless of nature of cancellation. CALIFORNIA LEGAL EDUCATION CREDIT
The State Bar of California has approved this program for MCLE credit. 5.5 General California MCLE Credits will be provided for practicing lawyers. Certification from other states may be sought from other states; however, approved hours may vary. Contact your local bar for more information.
