Description: This course consists of a series of videos for new users of Google Mail.
Description: Designed for new users, this course is a high-level look at Google Mail and Calendar. In this course, you’ll learn about working with email messages, threaded conversations, contacts, labels, and filters. You’ll also learn about using your calendar, including how to sync events from Outlook, work with events, and customize the calendar to work for you.
Description: This course is for users who are ready to move to the next level in understanding Google Mail and using it to its full potential. In this course, you’ll take a deeper look at labels, filters, and archiving, and learn how to construct effective searches so you can find any message in your Inbox. You’ll also learn some basic tips and tricks that every user should know, as well as get a high-level introduction to the top three email management methodologies, which can help you to effectively manage your Inbox.
