SUNDAY SESSION
AT THE RITZ-CARLTON, HALF MOON BAY

For the third year in a row, the Stanford Rock Center for Corporate Governance invites you to attend a special session at the Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay, on Sunday June 23, 2013 from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
The topic for the 2013 Sunday Session is What Boards Can Learn from Professional Sports Franchises and will feature Bill Neukom, Former Managing General Partner of the SF Giants (‘08-’11), former Chair of Preston, Gates & Ellis, and former EVP, GC and Chief Legal Officer at Microsoft and Gideon Yu, Team president and co-owner of the SF 49ers, former CFO of Facebook and YouTube, and former SVP and Treasurer of Yahoo.
Following the session participants will have a choice between a round of golf or wine tasting. All registrants in the Sunday Session will be provided transportation to and from the Ritz-Carlton in Half Moon Bay and the Stanford Park Hotel in Palo Alto and lunch.
